Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

POLICY OVERVIEW: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

To maintain strict hygiene standards and fair pricing, we do not accept returns for fit preference or change of mind. Please review our size chart carefully before purchasing.

Defects & Damages: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will provide a Free Replacement.

Mandatory Requirement: You must provide an Unboxing Video clearly showing the defect to process a claim. Without this, we cannot accept the request.

Reporting Window: Defects must be reported via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.

Reverse Pickup: We will arrange the reverse pickup for the defective item at no cost to you.

Size Exchanges (Non-Defect): If you wish to exchange a non-defective item for a different size, the exchange will be processed on a chargeable basis to cover the logistics costs.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Undelivered Orders (RTO): If delivery fails after 3 attempts and the package is returned to us, we will process a refund after deducting two-way shipping charges.

Out of Stock: If we are unable to provide a replacement for a defective item, a Full Refund will be processed to your original payment mode.
